I am planning to go to the states as stated in my earlier question and was just weighing my options. I was wondering on how difficult it really is to go to the states on a Visitors Visa and then find a job and switch your visa?

To work legally? Impossible. To get a job? Depends on what you are willing to do and what skills you have, but you'll more than likely be able to find work. I'm almost positive you cannot "switch you visa". Since you're not allowed to work without a work visa and you can't get a work visa without a sponsor, I think you would have to return home, apply with the sponsor for the work visa and continue from there.

nobody will give you a job because it is considered illegal. just get a work permit now and then get a job.
