That is false. There are doctors and nurses who are Jehovah's Witnesses. I can not think of a present medical procedure that is not done on religious grounds except for blood transfusions. Now there are a few not done for other reasons like unsafe procedures or being ineffective. I remember a vaccine that was advised not to accept which later was pulled for injuring and killing people. that is just good sense. May I point out that Law & Order and other shows also have DNA results in 10 minutes. Most DNA Labs are backed up 10 years! It takes about a week to process when they do get to it. So having all the facts correct is not high on the list in TV dramas. It is not called fiction for nothing.

I'm a active Jehovah's Witness and have never heard of this before. You can't deny DNA. Where did you hear this information?

Anybody with legal rights can deny a dna test except, of course, if they are presented with a warrant for their dna.

Boy, you are really trying to get out of giving a DNA sample. This is at least the second time that you've asked the question!

no, if there is a search warrant commanding a sample be provided, you cannot refuse on any religious grounds.
You can give DNA by hair, spit, lots of things besides blood

No they can decline a blood TRANSFUSION, but not a blood test. And anyhow, if your court ordered to do it, not even religion can help you. Im sorry, bro there is no easy way out.
