Yes, keep your pants zipped or use a condom.
There is no way to get out of child support once a child is born. States are very strict about that, because a lot of families need to receive some type of state assistance if they aren't getting child support and those are taxpayer dollars that could be and should be used for other things. Besides, why should the taxpayers foot the bill for a child YOU chose to create? And I know you're probably going to say you had no choice in the matter whatsoever, but if you were not using a condom, you DID make a choice.
Time for you to grow up and get a job (or two) and take responsibility for your choices.

If you sign away your rights to your child you can get out of paying child support. This means that you will no longer be considered the childs parent except for biologically and that really doesn't count for much anymore. When the time comes for you to want to be a part of this childs life the custodial parent would be able to deny you to be able to visit with the child and there would be nothing you could do. Nothing. I mean you could fight it in court and the judge would look at you and say "Nope, you are no longer this childs parent and therefore I will not grant you visitation." Think long and hard about this decision before you make it, in the long run it could hurt you more than having to pay for a child you CHOSE to bring into this world (by saying chose I mean you had sex knowing that pregnancy could happen.)

you should have thought about that before you did the deed in the first place! Like the old saying goes: "you play, you pay, dude!" sorry I come from the old Cynic's school.
Besides, I've seen too many broken homes including ones in my family and cousins and the way I see it people like you don't think about the consequences of their actions. You are dealing with a human being and feelings here. Why don't you simply admit your wrongdoing, fess up, grow up and try to repair the broken relationship somehow so your offspring might just gain a teensy bit of respect for you. All you're gonna do is end up drinking, drugging, barring, wh-rrring and god knows what else to cover up for something you know you did wrong. GROW UP before its too late! Try to take care of that child(ren).

Of course not my man! You planted the seed now man up. See what happens when you have unprotected sex? Grow up pay your support until you child is 18. Be involved in the child's life. You want to be looked up by those you know as a man who owned up to his responsibilities. Shut your mouth to do not complain, just get busy earn the money and pay up, period!!!!!!

No. You can be jailed or at the very least pay back child support. Do your kid and society a favor and pay up. Also, save for a vasectomy. Anyone asking the question your asking should not reproduce.

yeah ... go back in time.. get a brain and wear a condom. It takes 2 to tango so you shoul dear your half of the responsibility. Have you no paternal instincts at all? Im sure the mother wouldnt have the same attitude as you, but why the hell should she bear all the responsibility? She's had to carry the baby for 9 months, feed it, cloth it, comfort it and as it gets older spend shed loads of money on it. Get a life!!

It's pretty tough. If you can prove the child's not yours, maybe. If you're facing severe economic problems, you can sometimes get yoru award reduced temporarily. But courts generally hold that a parent's first responsibility is to support their children, and they rarely let anyone off the hook.

Oh yes, ofcourse. There are two ways:
1- Wear a condom or
2- Just don't have sex!
Simple enough. If it's too late for that, oh well. Accept the consequences and enjoy watching your beautiful child grow, while supporting them.

No, unless she or he is remarried, and you are willing to sign away all parental rights and allow the new spouse to adopt. If not shame on you for not wanting to pay, and obviously not want to be an active part of your childs life. Hopefully someone will come along and fill in the gap that you are leaving unfilled in his or her life.
