In terms of songwriting,it would be an idea to look at the most successful bands in history,so Paul McCartney or John Lennon would be the favourite for a lot of people.also David Bowie,Keith Richards/Mick Jagger.
Personally,my favourite two artists are Eddie Vedder and Dave Mustaine.Very different people with very different music, but both exceptionally talented songwriters/performers who are the main men in their bands, and have influenced millions of music fans worldwide, including me.

It all relatively comes all the way down to cash. If the musican is equipped to attract in a crowd then the song enterprise is equipped to position them on level or produce their song and no longer lose cash. There is a marketplace for rap 'artists' so that they get giant quantities of media insurance plan. Similarly classical and jazz song these days is tremendously area of interest situated and despite the fact that it has many musicans who're flooring breakingly proficient and musically knowledgable. However seeing that those forms of song require extra expertise of song to revel in it is not possible for his or her song to acquire the identical status as that of rock or rap musicans. In the top the media simply caters to people who have the cash to maintain them afloat, despite the fact that exact musicans or musics could also be awesome in goal feel, given that they're much less out there to the hundreds they get little concentration from them. Edit: for the ones of who you feel this was one-of-a-kind, ever heard of The Monkees? Didn't play their possess devices or write their possess songs however had been cherished by means of legions of screaming lovers the entire identical. Even if musicans in these days arn't all tremendously proficient it's unfair and ignorant to mention fifty years in the past the typical band used to be extra expert.
