how do u put sound in a stop motion movie?

Just because the motion has stopped, it does not mean that the film has also stopped moving through the projector (or that the CD has stopped spinning). As long as the film is moving, the soundtrack along side is moving. Sound information can be put there independent of what is on screen. The same holds true for movies on CD's
