The name belonged to a pet dog, as in "Come here, Dammit".
Also: My sister-in-law named her dogs Bill and Hillary and her cats Tipper and Al. I thought that was funny.

Well...I do have a white fluffy cat named Walker (Texas Ranger). I also had a little yellow parakeet named Arnold Schwarzenegger, but that one was not my fault... He used to be my brother's and then I inherited him, name and all.
