CE^2 = (OC-3.2)(OC+3.2)
CE^2 = (6.8-3.2)(6.8+3.2) = 36
OC = sqrt(36) = 6

[CE]^2=[CD]^2=[OD]^2+[OC]^2

=6.8^2+3.2^2

=Root56.8, sorry no calculator........................
