Back in May, I ordered a bunch of mixtapes from mixtapemania.com. I have yet to recieve them and they won't answer my E-Mails. I filed a report with the BBB but they have been unable to help as well. My credit card was charged immedietly. What do you guys suggest I do?

Contact your credit card company and challenge the charge. They will reverse it and take it off your bill.

Usually credit cards offer some type of product insurance, you should call them and ask if this type of situation is covered in your policy. Never hurts to ask. Good luck!

Small claims court works extremely well and sometimes the threat of being sued will wake them up. Good luck!

I think you shoould go to the cops after about a year after you ordered the tapes.
