resorts with Recreation depts. in Chicago area?

I am looking for a large resort in the Chicagoland area that has an actual Recreation Department in it. I am talking...they have activities, maybe kids programs, crafts, games, etc.

The only one I can think of is Phesant Run resort in St. Charles...any ideas?

maybe indian lakes in bloomingdale? pheasant run is nice though a bit pricey. these are the only ones i know of. i'm sure if you google it you'll find more. you know, a lot of local hotels have indoor water parks now. try holiday inn's web site. i think there's one in elmhurst.
