Now the land lord is telling me I have to move or she will charge me $44 a day till I move I told her but than it would be breaking my lease and than she said i would still have to pay a extra month when I move can she do this???? Either way she gets more money

If you gave notice that you were leaving at the end of July you obviously confused your land lord. But your notice to vacate the property doesn't require you te leave if your lease term isn't fulfilled. And because of the existing lease, she can't make you pay more to live there. Just be sure to give her another 30 day notice at the end of July with your rent check for August.

She may have a case to keep part of your deposit because of any expenses she incurred from your "false" notice to vacate, but landlords usually don't have a problem figuring out numerous reason to legally keep your deposit anyway.

Yes, sadly, she CAN do this. You did the worst thing possible by giving a notice "in case you move". You gave written intent to breach your lease contract, thus opening the door for your landlord to seek a new tenant. However, your notice did not terminate your lease contract.

You are advised to check your state's statutes with respect to this situation.
