The problem is probably that your 3-4 band is burnt up. This is a common problem usually due to forced 4-2 downshifts overheating band. You will need an overhaul and the band and reverse drum will have to be replaced along with reprogramming your pcm with an updated calibration that will keep this from happening again. My best advice is take it to a dealer to get it fixed right.
