I'd have to go with pharmacist.

Dentist has the potential for a much higher salary. However, there's a lot more physical labor involved and careers tend to be shorter. Plus, tons of competition in the US right now.

THere's a severe shortage of pharmacists in the US. Pay isn't chump change either so even tho you give up a lot more potential salary as a pharmacist, you're not exactly starving.

I'd rather be a pharmacist because you don't have to actually work on people. It is a cleaner job and you don't have to look inside peoples smelly mouths. I don't know about Americans, but in England (with the bad teeth stereotype) this could be a good thing.

Pharmacist- assurred job- dentist- not
pharmacist- can specialize with less years in school
and less cost-dentist- more
Both earn doctoral degrees
Graduate earlier as pharmacist- continue with residency in research or clinical practice (if choose)
With money saved invest into stocks/options and real estate as pharmacist and become billionaire sooner-dentist- you will die drunk and broke from a failed business that nevertook off...........

Pharmacist. Dentists have the highest suicide rate. And once you get out of school, you don't have to do anything disgusting.
