all young/baby goldfish are naturally silver or greenish.
After awhile they will turn golden or white. The reason for this, is because in the wild small fishes are at the bottom of the food chain. Being at the bottom mother nature has provided them natural cover in their dull coloration. What would be a easier target to see, a small gold looking fish, or a small silver fish.

Olive green: and here's an interesting factoid: when released to the wild, after approximately 3 generations, the goldfish turns back to its original drab green coloration.

White!! As they will all be dead!! (Not taking into account of those living in the public pond which were being set free by their ex-owners) Because there are not Wild Goldfishes!!
Goldfishes are farm-raised, they are not caught from the wild. No original from wild.

It would be brown like a carp since Koi and goldfish are just Carp selectively bred. I don't think "goldfish" were naturally orange and red like you see them now, but if a few got into a lake or something they would reproduce and have more like them. But if you are talking about how goldfish looked before man bred them, it would be something like a carp.

If allowed to cross with other species of (although rare) wild goldfish would take generations of mixing to totally revert to their original golden bronze color. In the wild, goldfish will "school" in order to compete for food from larger faster fish. Althought there is a chance of cross breeding with carp, it would be rare.
