nintendo usually hosts them at special events (ex pokemons 10th anniversary thing in Japan) just be patient they come around the last one I remember was in new york though :P. btw if you use mystery gift with someone who went to one, then you get it too.

there are currently no event being hosted now. they will be later though. but if you dont want to wait, i would suggest to get an action replay and activate the events by using codes. good luck

the d/p event havent come yet. as for older event onlys, trade or AR. i have AR.
