Better to keep the door panel on and spray inside the run channel with Silicone Spray
or
Remove door panel and grease down w/ WD40
or
neither of the above?

And if the answer is to keep the panel on, is Silicone Spray the right answer?

Silicone spray wont last long.Buy a can of silicone paste.Put the windows down and use the brush in the can to lube the front and rear window tracks.This will last a long time and do a better job.Hope this helps.

remove panel if you have experience, spray tracks all the way down with silicone spray. not w-d 40

keep the door pannel on. its less touble too
