I would have been the judge in Florida that decided the outcome of the 2000 Presidential election

I would have like to be the military judge in the court martial of Navy Captain Charles Butler McVey, III. He was the commanding officer of the cruiser USS Indianapolis, which was torpedoed and sunk by a Japanese submarine on its way back to the States from having delivered the parts of the atomic bomb to Tinian Island in 1945. Since his court-martial happened after Japan surrendered, the chief prosecution witness against Captain McVey, who was charged with failing to maintain a zig-zag course, was
the skipper of that Japanese submarine. I would have ruled his testimony to be inadmissable since he was an enemy officer at the time of the sinking.
Although Captain McVey's conviction was later overturned and he retired as a Rear Admiral, the tragedy of the ship's fate and the loss of so many of the crew haunted him for many years. He took his own life in 1968.

Like babysham I am thinking recent stories and yes Kevin Davis would be one of many for me. That man was wronged by the judge who sentenced those 3 short enough sentences so they will be out in a short time and likely try to see if they can get away with it next time.

Good question, let me think. Being very recent in my mind and it upset me very much I would say the one where Kevin Davis was locked in a shed by three people and tortured beaten and starved virtually. He had epilepsy and because that MIGHT have caused his death they only got 10 yrs each instead of life. It made me very sad. I would have given them life each.

OOH! Gimme the OJ trial.

And if I can't have that one, let me be the military tribunal for the Pendleton Seven.

Either way, true Justice would prevail.
