Flushed Away DS lite?

Question

hey, my baby sister is having troubles with her Flushed Away Nintendo lite thingie. Apparently she stuck on the mission where the two mice are in the freezer, about to get frozen. She doesnt understand what she needs to do. Im no help cause i dont really get it either and havent seen the movie. Thanks alot!!!
