No, different species cannot reproduce.
Not to mention that a squirrel probably wouldn't be attracted to a raccoon. Well, unless he was kind of kinky and enjoyed that masked look. ;->

my wife and I just witnessed a squirrel with a perfect raccoon tail.and it was much bigger than the other squirrels.

In extreme situations where both would become intimate buddies, both could probably mate but there will never be any reproduction. Both are of very different species. (That is just my guess.)
