You need to remove the drain plugs at the bottom of all three carbs and drain the diesel. Then refill with gas tank with gas.

The diesel fuel is acting like fogging oil. Make sure you drained and flushed out the fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel lines. basically the entire fuel system.
With your freshly flushed out fuel system connected, take a can of starting fluid and spray a 1/2 to 1 second squirt into each carburetor. Then turn over the motor for about 10 seconds. Keep doing this until the motor wants run on it's own.
Starting fluid has a tendency to dry out the lubrication from the motor. Over drying it is bad, hence the 1/2 to 1 second spray. Turning over the motor for more then 10 seconds without a cooling period can burn out the starter. Either case it can be costly. Take your time and this method will clear out the diesel fuel from your motor.

G'Day hullelvira,
Yes, make sure the fuel system is totally cleaned of diesel, if you fail to do this you could severely damage the engine. As diesel burns slower and hotter than normal petroleum fuel it can cause the pistons to detonate (melt), I have seen this happen in a car engine. The cylinder head was removed and there was aluminium spatter everywhere and holes in the pistons, so make sure you thoroughly clean before attempting to restart.

I'd pull the carbs and give them a good cleaning then change the plugs, you may have fouled them.
