Yes. When I moved into this apartment 19 years ago.
We were given one key and hadn't had a chance to get duplicates made yet. I went to the hydro office to pay our bill and then I went back to the apartment and had no keys. I figured I had locked them inside but it turned out that I dropped them at the hydro office. We had to break a small window in the door to get in. It was embarrassing.
So, that time I didn't but I have since then and thank goodness someone else has had a key. I've even locked them in the car.
By the way, I was born blonde. I think some of it stuck.

I did it only once. I ran out of the house, got in the car, reached for the car keys and realized I had left all the keys on the kitchen table. In a hurry to make the train, I really was in a quandary as to what to do . Lucky me. our cleaning lady came up the walk and I knew she had a set of keys and let me in .

My door is an old-fashioned keyhole. You can only lock it with a key. But one's husband CAN lock the door behind him (I have a key, too) and LEAVE his key in the door outside, slightly twisted so that my key will no longer go in to let me out of the house. And me knocking on the door from the inside when the mail came through the slot. Nice postman let me out....

Yes, well one night i closed the door and left. When I came home I realized I left my keys in house but found out the door was unlocked after I called the locksmith. Yeah, it was a blonde moment for me.

Not exactly, my keys were stuck in the key hole between my front door and the storm door in front of the front door. The storm door was locked, i couldn't remember my garage password so I had to sit in front of my house for the next 2 hours waiting for my mom to get back lol.

Well my families house since I am 14. But ya I have before. A couple times we actually had to take the window screen out and push one of the little kids my mom used to babysit through the window and have him unlock the door. It was funny.

Yes I had. Thankfully, the people who work at the apartment have master keys. On other hand, I always carry a cell phone wherever I go.
