Everybody has a certain level of lactose intolerance. Some people have a level that's very sensitive, where they can't eat or drink any dairy products, while others are not as sensitive. A gallon of milk is generally too much for an average person to handle and it will make you vomit due to a lactose reaction. However, I have seen a person drink a gallon of milk without vomiting, but he felt sick afterward.

No one, and I mean no one can possibly eat 15 saltine crackers in one minute. Can't be done... don't even try it... ok... ok... try it and see what happens.

Its not impossible but it will make you sick. If you drink a gallon of water in an hour you can overwhelm your kidneys causing them to shut down. Milk is high in calcium. On top of processing the water your kidneys will also have to filter extra calcium which could lead to a horrific case of kidney stones.

Drinking a gallon of milk in an hour is a bad idea. A very bad idea.

well i guess you could drink a gallon if you really wanted to. it is true because your body doesnt tell you that you need to stop drinking water or in this case milk. so no, it is not true that drinking a gallon of milk in an hour is impossible

hope this helps. :]

Hrmm... An hour is a looooong time. Now if you were to try to drink a gallon of milk in like 5 minutes, you'd probably end up ralphing it up.

its possible, keeping it down is another story though, In High school two guys had a milk drinking contest, they were both near the bottom of their gallon jugs within a 1/2 hour lunch break, then at least one of them spent the entire next class period outside pucking in the bushes.

supposedly it is impossible because the stomach cannot hold that much liquid. in the time period of an hour, the stomach cannot process a gallon of liquid or absorb it via the stomach lining. you may get it down, but it's coming back up for sure.

It's true, i have done it before. I'm not really sure why people say that... maybe the person who started it hated milk, you have to think about stuff like that.

it is true. your body can't produce enough enzymes to break down all that lactose. if you were able to get all the milk down somehow, maybe by taking a lactaid supplement to help break it all down, it would all come bad up on you in a hurry. your body would rid itself of most of the milk.

i havent heard that its impossible, but i'm assuming it'd be pretty gross unless you really like milk. so for people who dont really like milk all that much, it might seem impossible. i could probably doa gallon of chocolate milk in an hour but not regular milk cuz i jsut dont like it that much
