no you dont feel anything it just feels normal. make sure to wash the area good though to get the extra blood, but dont worry about it periods dont hurt at all you may feel cramps which hurt but they have medicine for it like midol (which i use and works great)

It doesn't hurt, and yeah the blood basically just runs down. The only thing about a period that actually hurts are the cramps, and you may not get them for awhile. When you do, they don't last long, and a mild painkiller will get rid of them anyway.

No it doesnt hurt.. well it didnt hurt me the first time i got my period.. and no it dont run down your leg.. you can even go swimming on ykour period if you not bleedin heavy and you have to use tampons.. and you might use those yet since you just starting havein a period..

No, it doesn't hurt. And usually the blood stops or slows when you get in the water so you don't have it running down your legs. Don't worry so much about it.

A nice warm shower can actually alleviate cramps so enjoy. You will feel clean and be much better off than going dirty!
