bc its so hard to find them all after the elite 4 and I can't do anything at the battle tower becouse I cant go to the valcano becouse i need the national dex

Just see all the pokemon. Use a strategy guide off gamefaqs ( http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/game/925602.html ) to see them all and use http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/ to obtain all the pokemon.

no you must find/see all pokemon and then talk to professor ???(dont know name!!).......one tip is to go into battle with a friend using the trading/battle wireless thingy......but make sure they have a national dex and the pokemon u need to see to complete....and win/lose the battle and then try to look at your pokedex to see if it added it.......IM NOT 100% SURE!!!!

If you have been avoiding battles with trainers, chances are you missed a pokemon. Try to go back and find/use rival seeker to find those trainers.
Also check serebii.net to find the locations.

go to pokemon.marriland.com and on the left bar just go to walkthrough and near the very bottom is a list and you should be able to see them all and to see dialga if you have pearl just got to salocean town and talk to the old hag in the big house and she will show you a picture and u have seen dialga same goes for palkia if you have diamond version.

If you get the Nintendo Pokemon book it tells you where to get all of the pokemon.

yea you can get the action replay and it comes with defeating both Pokedex's
