not only that, wen u click on the button in it, it will take you to another alert box, so u'll have to keep on clicking till u get to the end of it, one of those annoying click things, how do u do that?

Can't, those things are programmed to be an alias to the only button actually in the window; else it is Cancel or whatever that is supposed to be inaction.

2 ways
1. add a popup blocker. If you are using firefox, it has a builit-in popup blocker.
2. don't go back to that unfriendly and annoying site.

If it is JavaScript for a webpage, you cannot 'disable' it.
