I love them all.
No disrespect to Paula or Rachel, but I think Emeril is the most professional and distinguished.
Bobby has that element of "throw-down," but over time, we tend to like Emeril's show and his recipes better.

i love them all but if i have to choose it is Paula Deen! i love southern comfort foods, i was born and raised in Mississippi and i love her drawl she is great and so are her handsome sons Jamie and Bobby.
