I would like to know what are the conditions which make these peak changes in temperature. The distance from Sun today and tomorrow is mostly the same.

Two possible factors are, one high pressure or two, warmer air mass moving into your area. High pressure creates higher temperatures because of compressional heating. In physics it is a law, heats by compression, cools by expansion. So maybe tomorrow you are going to come under the influence of a high pressure dome or if you are under one it is building higher in pressure. In the air mass scenario say you live on the plains and are currently experiencing cool dry air moving down from the upper plains and tomorrow this will be replaced by warm moist air moving up from the gulf, thus much warmer tomorrow.
