the bread they coat the chicken in is FULL of salt, along with all the rest of the food. even if they don't salt the chips, watever they make the chips with, has salt in it. The salt just makes you thirsty

The salt in the chicken seasonings will keep you thirsty. Plus Pepsi has sodium in it as well, that is only good to drink if your sugar is high, it will balance it out.

Try drinking sweet tea, the sugar in it should quench your thirst.

Because processed foods and fast food have an absurd amount of salt in them. Go to KFCs website and look at the sodium content - try not to pass out when you see it! Besides that, soda is NOT thirst-quenching....

I was going to suggest perhaps the food is salty from the the chicken, to the vegetables. Also, and I sincerly hope this is not the case with you, extreme thirst is a sign of diabetes. If this thirst persists, please consult your physician, the sooner, the better.

There is a lot of sodium (salt) in KFC's chicken and batter they fry it in. Soda is not a thirst quencher, in fact the caffine and sugar in the soda makes you thirstier.
