those are called stars.. Twinkling of stars:: Starlight on entering into the ambience undergoes refraction continuously in the previous attaining our eyes and this refraction happens in a medium of gradually changing refractive index. because of this refraction we see the movie star somewhat larger than its truly place. This obvious place of the movie star isn't table sure, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, yet keeps on changing somewhat because of the fact the actual situations of the earth's environment are no longer table sure. they are truly a ways away, so we are able to evaluate them ingredient components of light. the direction of ray of light from those ingredient sized components keeps various somewhat, and the plain place of the movie star fluctuates, and the quantity of light entering into the attention glints... as quickly as, much less gentle reaches the attention, and the subsequent time, greater gentle reaches the attention, this makes the movie star twinkle.
