I am a plain-Jane type, and I don't wear all high fashion stuff(or make-up for that matter); only jeans and different types of short-sleeve shirts(no cleavage(sp?) showing) and yet whenever I walk to school(my college is only five streets up) I get these weird looks from several different guys. Right now I'm just trying to get my degree and therefore, not interested in picking up a boyfriend. That being said, how do I get rid of this problem?

You have "IT" and there is not a thing you can do about it.
Or you can laugh goofy and scratch you butt.

I know from experience that if someone wants to sexualize you, it doesn't matter if you're dressed like a nun. Even if you are covered from head to toe, if a guy wants to reduce you to eye candy, he will do it. Also, I find that immature guys always give the hairy eyeball to any female as an intimidation technique.
That said, are you certain about the reason why they're staring at you? I trust your instinct if you are uncomfortable. The guys could be pigs, but sometimes I learned later that they kind of recognized me and were trying to check from a distance because they were too shy themselves.
If you have support with you, can you confront them? Ask them outright why they're staring you?

you can walk down the street with a bag on your head and men will still look. Men always look and some of them have no upbringing so the say inappropriate comments. Men look at fat women, skinny women, beautiful women and ugly women. They just like women, all women. I've had teenage boys try to flirt with me, I'm 40. I don't take it as a compliment, because I know they are just men.

well im thinking that their not looking at the clothes ur wearing but ur face im pretty much guessing that ur not super super ugly even if u dont wear make up but all guys look at girls no matter wat they look like i get that look too and im much younger than u are.........belieeve me lol
