NL 41 to AL 34 with 2 ties.

Al has won the last 4 in a row and 9 of the last 10 with the 10th being a tie.

The NL leads the all-time series 40-35-2, but the AL has won the last four. If you cut out the tie from 2002, the AL has actually won nine in a row:

I know the answer below mine says it's 41-34, but if you actually go through game-by-game, you'll see that 35 is the proper win total for the American League. It's sad that the MLB site gets that wrong.
