Mercury. It has even less atmosphere than our moon. (yes, our moon has a very, very *slight* atmosphere - about 5 atoms per cubic centimeter.

Terrestrial mean 'rocky' or 'earth'-like', not nessarly earth. Where do people get this mis conseption?

Mercury. It has no atmosphere at all. Pluto is not a planet anymore and it does have a thin atmosphere of methane gass.
