Read the small print from that site
if your local laws state that these vehicles are for off-road use only, you are still protected under Federal / National EPA laws that will allow you to own and operate your bike (or quad) on grounds that are not publicly owned. (some examples: tracks, airfields, personal property, privately / business owned parking lots [with permission]... basically any pavement (or trail) that is not owned or regulated by public or government agencies)


These pocketbikes aren't street legal. So unless you're fine riding in circles in your driveway, don't bother with them.
Find a local scooter dealer and don't buy anything off the internet. Stick to the name brands, Tomos, Honda, Yamaha, Kymco, etc.

Those bikes are not street legal.
Consider buying a moped or scooter.

do they even make a moped anymore? that was back in the day when they first came out you could pedal it. they make scooters now thata re street legal and lots of power.

you do not want a pocket bike they are cheep but you get what you pay for repairable??? street legal???try a company called kymco i have three of their bikes and have had no problems
