hang a mirror (a bagua mirror of you have one) outisde facing them, particularily on your door..but wherever so it faces them and directs their bad energy back at them

fengshui as a lethal weapon, hmmm... that is easy.
use a fengshui concept and calculate which direction is bad for the occupant of the said house - deadly esp if there is water at that part of the lot. then if you have the money, go out and buy the plot of land at the bad direction/ location right beside your neighbor's. then put a big swimming pool in the said land. just after 2-3 months, something bad will definitely happen to your neighbors.
