Well, Dells these days are in a BTX layout, which is significantly different from most retail cases. Most cases have an ATX layout, the general standard, but BTX is supposed to allow better airflow. From what I know, there are very few BTX cases out there. But, this website proves otherwise.

Go research the caes listed there. Your best bet, if you want to buy them, is to go to www.newegg.com to buy it. They have very low prices and extremely fast shipping. you'll most likely need to buy a new cpu cooler because dell's are special if i'm not mistaken.

it's really no big deal to swap out all your components in to a new case, 45 minutes and a screw driver and your done...just pick up a full ATX, box at newegg or tiger, they list all of the dimensions online just make sure it will fit this time...

the mobo will be the only ticky part, some of the bolt may not line up, but it doesn't matter all you need are enough (min 2) to line up so that it doesn't fall out or short and you should get that from most after market case's, b/c they have to line up for all sorts of bolt patterns there are usually extra verses not enough...psu, and drives are all standard and should fit like a glove.

Take your Tower into a local Computer shop, and ask them to help you pick out a larger case for it.

Good Luck

I usually build my own systems, but from helping out my friends who have Dells, they seem to be a pain to upgrade and add stuff to. I imagine that Dell wants you to buy stuff from them.
