yeah, that's what i've heard. it could be a gang thing too. or maybe, some bully threw some little kids shoes up there. not too young though, cause i've never seen velcro on the electrical wires.

no it has to do with ifn your shoes aint hanging on the wire than you aint hanging around this neighborhood , at least not hanging with the big dogs , which means you had better watch out if you dont know what you are doing or saying or what is being done or said . thats all folks

i think the drug dealer thing is a urban myth why would a drug dealer advertise with shoes on a elect line kids have been doing this seince they envented shoes and the elect line i think kids do it just to see if they can get it up there
