Lots of things, but the main ingredients are...
Turkey
Pork
Beef
Theres also grains added in, coloring and flavoring, its churned together into a viscous broth and then pumped into plastic sheaths at which time its baked at a low heat for 48 hours. The plastic shells are removed, then the items are wrapped up and shipped to your local grocery store. They aren't as gross as people would like you to believe. No chicken lips, no pig guts, none of that nonsense is in hot dogs anymore.
