Just because some or most people with money aren't happy do sent mean it cannot buy happiness. But I think to experience the happiness you must know what it takes to get there, ruling out people born into money. Money can also make people who are already messed up worse off ie. drug overdoses or suicides like Kurt Cobain.

Len Bias - University of Maryland basketball star died of a drug overdose the day after he was the #1 player drafted into the National Basketball Association by the Boston Celtics.
John Belushi - Comedian, TV and movie star died of drug overdose at a young age.
Jim Morrison - Rock star (The Doors) died of drug overdose at a young age.
Jimi Hendrix - Rock star died of drug overdose at a young age.
In contrast, watch the opening of the film "The Gods Must Be Crazy" that shows the simple life of an African bushman's family compared to more "civilized" people in Johannesburg, South Africa. The bushman really has nothing and still seems to be happy.

MC HAMMER ,thought he had it all hired all his friends on his staff and bought cars a race horse, then he lost it all to not paying taxes,where are those friends now,i think now he preaches about how money cannot buy happiness.
