That's right it's round 2 of my anime tournament and Rukia and Chad made it through round 1. So who do you think will win?!

Depends. Are we talking about Arrankar arc Chad with the improved Rukia? Or Soul Society Arc Chad and Rukia?
If it is Arrankar arc Chad he will definitely win, Urahara claimed that he had the potential to achieve a power similar to Bankai. Rukia has the demon arts and her shikai but I don't think that will be enough since Chad has "el brazo izquierdo del demonio" which is a giant shield.
