Is there some electrical phenomenon corresponding to black holes? "charge holes?"

Good answer. Charge is E-field. Now, is there a way to accumulate a super "dense" charge so that strange things happen like a BH?

You have this backwards. It should read
"mass is to gravity as charge is to ____"
or
"mass is to gravity as charge is to the electric field"
for the correct solution.
