ok so since theres no sqare root sign on the keyboard im just gunna use # as it.
(#14m^5)(#7m^15)
then you multiply them to get
#98m^20
which is the same things as
7m^10#2

sqrt(2*49*m^20) = 7m^10sqrt(2)

(rt14m^5)(rt7m^15)=rt98m^20
= (rt49)(rt2)(rtm^10)(rtm^10)
=7m^10(rt2)
