Ok...my troop is creating its own crest (a round 1.5 in x. 2 in patch). I'm having a hard time finding a vendor to do this. Most of them require it done on a large piece of fabric but GS requires that they be embroidered onto their blank crest. Non of us can embroider to save our lives.
Anyone out there know of a place that can do this?

Call your local sewing machine dealer and ask if any of their embroidery machine customers are looking for work. The machines are very expensive, and sometimes the way they get people to buy them is by telling them they can make some of the money back by doing designs for people. Or you can use someone from online like

When I did patches for our patrol leaders and assistants I did only do PL and APL, straight and bended lines in zigzag stitch on the normal machine and even that did ask a lot of my ability.
I agree with the suggestion of asking for someone with an embroider machine.
Maybe one of the parents has one?
Otherwise, as said, ask at the local sewing machine dealer.

I digitize and can make it into an embroidery patch for you...just contact me through my website at www.diamondcottagedesigns.ca
After creating the design, someone locally can stitch it for you. Any shop that sells embroidery machines and supplies will know of someone in the area who can do it for you and may even do it themselves.

yes yet u have not really mentioned some quantity and
the style or design what you want to print on what clothes,,
if u can do it some one can quote you though it cud go up but give a chance to quote some one,
