I would hope that everyone would realise the value of immigrants and the necessity that we attract immigrants to this country,

The country would soon stop functioning and go bankrupt - we rely on immigrants for building work, healthcare, bus driving, washing up in restaurants, nannies, shop assistants, fruit pickers etc etc - life in the UK would not be worth living.

This nation is built on immigration from the Angles and the Saxons that got together to form the Anglo Saxon kingdom to the different groups from other European nations, Jewish people, Africans, Indians, people from the Caribbean, the Irish, the Polish and other Eastern Europeans that have come more recently.

In addition the population of the UK is declining - only by attracting immigrants can we hope to sustain the population

We would be in serious trouble, our population is ageing, and living longer, and the birth rate is falling, the result will be not enough people working to pay for retired folk's pensions, not enough people working to pay for the NHS, etc etc, so if all you people who think having no children and doing the "career" thing is a good idea, think again, someone is gonna have to pay for your bus pass, governments can only spend money from the taxes they gather, no people to pay up, no services.

I think even the immigrants would vote to stop it, after all, it can't be nice moving to a new country and discovering that the few words of English you learned before you came aren't understood by anyone in your street.

I think people would defo vote them to stay in there own country i for one would,they are all economic migrants not asylum seekers the people that need to be over hear can not afford to get over hear, unlike all the arses that come over and try to change the rules and religions of people..i often think of finding a little island and taking all good hard working people with me and leaving this one for them all to rot in..

britland is a **** country, i don't get why anyone would want to live there. i went there for a vacation and the houses are small and the women are ugly and have a **** accent that is obnoxious.

anyway it would end up not stopping immigration because Brits will get sanctioned, no trade for them, they cant come to America or i heard they go to spain... they would be recking it for them selfs..... they have to stay in the small 300 mile country
