Why is everyone now using "K" instead of "C"?

idk, kids think its kool and want to be kool by doing such. i see people using k's when thay khat with thier friends on the komputer and i'm not having a klue why they would do that?? kould it be bekause they never learned the letter c? it is one of the unsolved mysteries of life

Maybe because from a distance it's easier to read K than C. K doesn't really look like the other letters, where C could be mistaken for an O or a Q from a distance.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Is this something that someone would have to spend a lot of online time to notice? I haven't seen the demolition of the letter C in my day to day life so I assume this question pertains to online forums, but even so...I'm still not sure how to answer this.
