The biggest thing, as one person mentioned, is smoke. You can't smoke at all indoors in any bars or restaurants anymore. Smoking sections are obsolete. Indian reservations have casinos where you can, though. There are a lot of places that used to be really "smoker friendly" that have completely changed since this was enacted a couple of years ago, but it's a good thing all in all.

You can't experience the winter storms of many places in the midwest or east coast (the multiple feet of snow [well, aside from the mountains]), although we'll occasionally get some snow that sticks and last year was a great exception with an arctic freeze that many people compared to what are usually far "worse" in the winter.

You can't experience a really good mass transit system. Hopefully, it's developing into what might one day be one, but it's a hope and a dream right now.

You can't not recycle without the glares and looks of disdain of your peers (which I think is a good thing).

You can't drink alcohol in a strip club.

You can't maintain a natural tan year-round.

smoking is illegal in all public places like restaurants, hotels, bars and bowling alleys etc, there is a 20foot rule. you cannot smoke within 20ft of a businesses door. However if you are on the go you can walk down the street and smoke. I don't smoke and I'm not assuming you do but its a newer law people might not know that are coming from out of state. this applies to the entire state of washington except the tribal properties.

Another law that they recently passed was you can't talk on your cell phone while driving without a hands-free set. I have heard that it is like the seatbelt law, where they can't pull you over for it, they have to have another reason. But I'm not completely sure.
