I can`t believe a judge no less, would want to ruin a persons business and family over such an unimportant and non life-threatening thing as a pair of pants. I personally think ALL his cases should be reviewed as he is obviously lacking in good judgement with ZERO people skills. What say you?

I believe he should be ordered to pay this hard working Asian family a couple million for pain and suffering and for bringing on a frivolous lawsuit!

He is judge that lost my respect.
Anyone who deserves the 54 mil is the cleaners.
They have to put up with is BS should get rewarded.

I haven't heard of 1 person come out and defend this judge.
Does any know of someone on his side?

For the person who think he was not a judge from their own source:
"Pearson, an administrative law judge, "

Are you serious? There isn't a pair of pants on this Earth worth that much. I'm with you about the case review thing. What is the world coming to?

I say throw him out of court. He doesn't belong there. I surely wouldn't want him as my judge. His judgment and his ego sounds impaired big time, and he has to be a little nutzy. Makes me wonder how he got to become a judge in the first place.

absolutely I agree. The family business is a small operation, it is completely unreasonable to carelessly make decisions that ruin peoples lives, their entire families and the generations that follow. The judge should no longer have his job, he has completely poor judgment.

I would say that he is out for money and he is greedy for money. Judge has a 6 figure bank account and yet he is still hungry. I would not trust him for anything. what a creep.

I think he is in serious need of a new hobby or a new therapist! The man actually started to cry in the courtroom while talking about his pants. I'm a girl, and I love my shoes, but I doubt I would break down while talking about any of them....

It wasn't a judge, it was a lawyer. The guy was trying to make a big buck and he got caught up in his own drama.

I believe if I had to appear in his court I would show up in my underware just to see the look on his face.
