Queen Elizabeth I had no children. Queen Elizabeth II has 3 sons - Charles, Andrew, and Edward - none of whom are named Michael, Henry, or Poulin.

Very doubtful. Queen Elizabeth has faced intense media scrutiny since she was a young child.

There would be no chances of her giving a fifth, secret, child away to an American family.

And, even had she done so, what motivation could there be?

I think this is just a rumour.
