The best society is one that respects individual rights. No gvmt can meet a persons needs like the individual.

I don't think there is a best society. Everyone wants something different for themselves, and trying to make everyone get along and be perfect is not possable. This may not make sence, but I can not think of another way to put it. Being happy does not make everyone happy, so being happy in and of itself can cause some poeple misert. The ones that need misery to be happy cause those who want to be happy to be miserable. Henseforth, there is not way for everyone to be happy at the same time. Although the thought is good, it can lead to very bad things. Think of communism, and or Hitler. He though he was creating the perfect society, but in truth was causeing one of the worst moments for humanity in history. I say live and let live, by which I mean do what ever makes you happy as long as is does not harm another's right to do the same.
