no one. there is not one person on earth you could take away without upseting the balace somewhere for someone. the prissy movie star, the homeless guy on the corner...wether it seems like it or not, they all make a difference in our daily lives. whether we like them or not has nothing to do with it.

Meh, for every villian or murdering dictator you get rid of, another on will pop up in their place, unfortunately some dictators are a catalyst for change, usually not good in the first instance, but anything that stirs up the people to force change themselves usually turns out for the best.
Humans are an odd bunch, history repeats itself all the time, nothing much you can do about it im afraid!

Wow - there are so MANY good possibilities. I'd say Adolph Hitler, but I'm not so sure I want to tamper with history; WWII was very bad (and I'm Jewish to boot), but it also set the stage for many things that we enjoy today. That being the case, I therefore nominate George W. Bush to cease to exist ;-)

I think it would be me. I don't know but I have no enemies. As for the truly evil people in the world. I believe there judgement day will soon come. I just wouldn't have the guts to make someone disappear. So its either me or no one.
