There is a great analysis of both stocks at http://www.3stocksonfire.com/index.php?ref=8906mc. Put there ticker in the search box. Neither one is good in my opinion as they can't make a profit for quite some time.

No!
Niether XM or Sirius has ever made a penny, and they never will. They are merging because misery loves company. It's just delaying the inevitable.
The technology is passing them by. MP3 players, Podcasts, and Digital Downloading are going to bury them.

Buy stocks w/ the bigger company. Though it might be a good idea to wait for the companies to merge
