I would say absolutely not. There are experts out there that make sure the ground is level, check for sinkholes, make the concrete perfectly level, etc. If you were to have a measurement off by a fraction of a centimeter, you could destroy your house! I would certainly leave that task to an expert!!

you want to move the house ? or repair the foundation if its a per and beam yes you can but its alot of work involved. If you are talking about puting in a new foundation thats also very involved need some more info

You will need permits and an inspection. Make sure you know what you are doing before jumping into something that supports a house.
